July 9, 2019Wesley James Messick, “Wes”, 44 of Prince Frederick, Maryland passed away on July 5, 2019 in his home. Wes was born on July 14, 1974 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Daniel James Messick and Janice C. Linkins Messick- Hobbs.
Wes is survived by his wife, Angela Gail Toffry, his mother Janice Messick-Hobbs and her husband Thomas, sister Tammy Stuckey, and step sisters, Christine Haug, Bonnie Havenner, Amber Hobbs, an Loretta Hall, and step brother Daniel Messick, Jr. He is also survived by a host of other relatives.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday July 10, 2019 at St John Vianney Catholic Church, Prince Frederick, MD from 10 till the time of the Mass at 11 AM.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to either Wes Messick Fund for Treatment Assistance c/o St. John Vianney Catholic Church (make checks payable to St. John Vianney) or Hudson Health Services, P.O. Box 1096 Salisbury, MD 21801, (410-219-9000).
