Health & Wellness Ministry

Jesus, teacher and healer, gave us a mandate to love others as He does. Following His example of service and love, the Health and Wellness volunteers have a mission to promote wellness, health, and disease prevention of body, mind, and soul in our parish and community at little or no cost to those we serve. 

How You Can Help

Included in this mission is an effort to leave open opportunities for our fellow parishioners to participate and volunteer. Promote healthy events on campus such as the Healthy Heart Grant, the Hospital Mobile Health Clinic, encouragement to others to quit smoking. We have fellowship topics monthly that have guest speakers or discussions that include all types of wellness topics. Monitor and inventory campus essentials like AED and First Aid. There is plenty to do and fresh talent and ideas are always welcomed.
