Julia Ann Tall

JULIA (JUDY) ANN TALL, 85, of Saint Leonard, Maryland was called home on April 23, 2020. Judy was born in Washington, DC on May 7, 1935, and graduated from Lackey High School, Indian Head, Maryland. Up until the late 1990’s, Judy formerly resided with her family in Bryans Road, Charles County, Maryland. In her later years, she made her home in Saint Leonard, Calvert County, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Robert Adelbert (“Cap”) Hungerford and Julia Dent Hungerford of Bryans Road, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Francis Kray (deceased in 1953) and William Eugene Tall, Sr., a retired Maryland State Police officer (deceased in 2009). Judy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Robert Adelbert Hungerford, Jr., John Dent Hungerford, Esten Hungerford, Brison Hungerford, and David Hungerford. Judy was a retired Maryland state employee where she had served as a Supervisor at the Charles County Maryland Board of Elections. Judy is survived by two of her siblings, Vincent Hungerford and Katherine Jenkins, her son William Jr. and his wife Kacie, daughters Laurie Tall and Carol Livanis and her husband Spyro, grandchildren Alexandra Livanis and William David Tall and his wife Alison, and two great grandsons Evan and Eric Tall.

Burial will be private, with only her immediate family in attendance, at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf, Maryland. Memorial contributions may be made to The Center for Life Enrichment, 25089 Three Notch Road, Hollywood, MD 20636.
